Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items are in original condition with all tags attached

  • Items show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Please note: returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Intimates, lingerie, bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories (including jewelry)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is defective or damaged

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Twirl Collective is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note: processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@twirlcollective.com.
Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
